Terms and conditions

I do my best to describe and photograph items as accurately as possible. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase upon receipt, please do not hesitate to contact me using the contact form below.

More than anything, I want you to be happy with your purchase, so I make every effort to ensure everything is packaged safely. If your purchase arrives damaged then please let me know and I'll do my best to rectify the situation.

Refunds

Refunds are issued for damaged, lost, stolen, or incorrect items. Photographs of damage and incorrect items are required.

Payments

Payments are accepted by debit/credit card or via Paypal.
Full payment is required before any work is dispatched.

Shipping

I aim to dispatch all shop items within 1-3 business days after payment is received. If dispatch is delayed for any reason, I will contact you to keep you informed.

I do my best to calculate accurate postage costs, and combine shipping on multiple purchases where ever possible.

Please verify your shipping address. I am not responsible for any delays or non delivery of items caused by incorrect and unconfirmed addresses.

If you wish items to be tracked or signed for, please let me know in the notes section when you make your purchase and I can arrange this for an extra cost.

Insurance is not included in shipping. If you require insurance or upgrades to your shipping method, please get in touch when placing your order.

UK orders

I use Royal Mail first class postage. Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

International orders

If you are buying from outside the UK, you will be responsible for any import tax/customs fees that may apply. Please check your country's customs policies to ensure safe and timely delivery.

I ship via Royal Mail. Delivery time takes 5 - 25 business days. Bethany Robyn is not responsible for delays caused by customs. BUYER is responsible for any duties or customs charges that may be imposed as a result of shipping. I will never mark a shipment as a gift as this is fraudulent. 

Incorrect address

If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, there will be two options made available: 

  1. The buyer may pay to have the package sent again. Postage must be purchased again by the buyer with the CORRECT address 

    OR

  2. A partial refund (50% of the item's cost, not including shipping) may be issued and the item will not be shipped again.
